Ready to thrive? You may be familiar with the term wellbeing and probably think of it in terms of body, mind, and emotions. But optimal wellbeing is so much more. It includes your sense of self or spirit, vocation, relationships, community, finances, environment, resiliency, support systems, stress management, and preventive care. All of this, when working as a finely tuned system aligned with your core values, and the empowerment to change and grow, will result in your personal and unique portrayal of holistic wellbeing.
Stress Management
Are you living in a reactive mode to stress? Stress impacts all dimensions of our lives and wellbeing, and is a leading cause of illness, depression, and anxiety. Stressors are present everywhere, but our resiliency creates the buffer we need to manage it well. As your coach, I can help you to sort out all of the sources of stress in your life and facilitate a plan to prevent what can be eliminated, and manage the rest through clarifying inner messages, and the creation of positive support systems.

Is your organization maximizing the individual potential of your employees, caring for their well-being, and cultivating optimal organizational health and culture? As your organizational coach, I can guide the design of performance, development, employee wellness, and talent management systems. I also provide executive leadership coaching and mentoring, team coaching, and individual coaching for personal excellence and well-being.
